Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Program (TBRA) is rental assistance with the goal to support people experiencing homelessness identify and maintain permanent stable housing. The program assists people who are sleeping outside, have been in the emergency shelter system for longer than 30 days, or experiencing chronic homelessness. TBRA provides a security deposit, ongoing rental assistance based on household monthly income, and supportive services for up to 24 months.
