Our emergency Food Panty Program offers households about three days worth of food available every two weeks (totaling 6 days of food over two visits in a month). Using our online system (see below) consumers choose foods that best serve their family’s dietary needs and preferences. After an online order is received, the consumer will be contacted to schedule a pickup time. Pickups are ready at our loading dock area, just pull your vehicle right in and ring the doorbell or call to have food brought out to you.
We offer deliveries by referral only. If you are approved for a delivery the order must be received by 5pm on Wednesday of your delivery week in order to have a Friday delivery. *Note: In order to make sure the food does not spoil or become unsafe to consume, someone must be home for delivery from May to September or arrange for a cooler to be available for cold/frozen food items outside of door at delivery time. If there is no cooler the food will be brought back to the Main Office and will be available for pick up until 4:30pm the next business day.
We collaborate with the Food Bank of the Southern Tier, Friendship Donation Network, local producers and businesses as well as community members who provide generous donations.
Our Food Pantry regularly offers fresh vegetables, fruits and locally made breads whenever possible. We also have diapers in all sizes (infant & adult).
