Joe Cassaniti Community Service Award (JCCSA)
This $350.00 cash award is presented each year to a graduating high school senior in Tompkins County who has demonstrated their commitment to the community through volunteerism.
The JCCSA was created by Walter Gangl in 1996 to honor the work of local businessman and community activist, Joe Cassaniti. Many organizations could not fulfill their missions without the time, commitment, and talents of volunteers. TCAction would like to honor and recognize a high school senior who is actively volunteering in their community.
If you would like to nominate a high school senior, please complete the nomination form by Friday, May 2, 2025. If you prefer a paper version or a fillable form emailed to you, please email info@tcaction.org and we will send you one.
