The Huggy Heart is the logo for Community Action. If you visit any of our program sites, it is likely that you will see a Huggy Heart or two.
Join us by printing out and coloring your own Huggy Heart–take a picture with it and tag us on social media…or drop it off to be displayed in our lobby at 701 Spencer Road, Ithaca. Huggy Heart coloring pages are available in our lobby as well.
You can also celebrate by printing out the I Love Community Action selfie sign and take pictures with it and tag us on social media.

We are a private non-profit Community Action organization dedicated to moving people out of poverty through comprehensive programming.
Our dedicated staff work each day to win the War on Poverty by helping our clients meet their needs and achieve their dreams.
350 children participate in Family Services Programs
1145 Housing Choice Vouchers & 95 units of Supportive Housing
400+ Food Boxes distributed monthly
